General Policies:

Laminart Industries offers a Maximum limited liability of $50 (CAD) per piece or $250 (CAD max) for a total order of multiple units, to cover any faults caused by Laminart during the production/printing process. Laminart reserves the right to redo, replace, reprint, edit, modify or alter any existing product prior to offering any monetary compensation. This policy is valid within 30 days of the product(s) being picked up or, in the case of shipping, from the date the shipment arrives.

Any claim after 30 days will be evaluated by management. Liability does not apply to any outside printed materials (ie. posters, photoprints, fine art papers etc.) only products fully created in house by Laminart Industries. Orders submitted with outside printed materials will be done at the risk of the customer.

Laminart reserves the right to add a surcharge for any additional labor or materials needed to complete and order (*Note* this can apply to rush orders)

Laminart is not responsible for any orders which are not kept in climate controlled conditions: (ie kept in cold, hot, or damp areas like attics, basements, garages, bathrooms, outdoors etc.). All products should be kept in temperatures ranging between 10 Degrees Celsius to 30 degrees Celsius for ideal results.

Order will be held for up to 90 days, at which point Laminart reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed/unpaid orders at our discretion.

Laminart is not responsible for any orders submitted which do not conform to the steps outlined in our “How To Order” section (ie. phone conversation, text message, dm from social media, and/or orders which do not follow the format on the how to order section etc.)

Refund / Charging Polices:

Laminart Industries will charge for orders upon completion (and if shipping is necessary, upon shipping). Orders will be charged with the card we have on file. By submitting an order to Laminart Industries the sender (you) are agreeing to pay for services rendered by Laminart Industries upon completion. If you need to update credit card info, please do so before, or at the time of submitting an order.

Shipping Policies:

Shipping is done via Purolator, Canpar or ACE Couriers (Canada) and UPS for USA & International orders.

Notes:

All deliveries are during the day; therefore, it is recommended that the customer use their work address as their shipping address unless someone is home to receive the package. A signature on delivery shipping method is also an option, however, as it is not our default option, it will have to be requested when the order is submitted.
