General Policies:

Laminart offers a Maximum limited liability of $50 (CAD) to cover any faults caused by Laminart during the production/printing process. Laminart reserves the right to redo, replace, reprint, edit, modify or alter any existing product prior to offering any monetary compensation. This policy is valid within 14 days of the product(s) being picked up or, in the case of shipping, from the date the shipment arrives. Any claim after 14 days will be evaluated by management. Liability does not apply to any outside printed materials (ie. posters, photoprints, fine art papers etc.) only products full created by Laminart Industries

Laminart reserves the right to add a surcharge for any additional labour or materials needed to complete and order (*Note* this can apply to rush orders)

Order will be held for up to 90 days, at which point Laminart reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed/unpaid orders at our discretion.

Refund Polices:

Laminart has an amazing refund policy as we want all customers to try our products without monetary risk. If there is any issue with a order (damage, colors off , incorrect product etc.) please let us know so that we may issue you a refund. Photos (or some documentation) may be required (ie. in the rare case of courier damage we may request photo(s) so that we may relay the info back to the courier company).

Shipping Policies:

Shipping is readily available to those in Canada and the United States of America. Customers outside this area should contact us for potential alternative shipping methods.

Shipping is done via Purolator (Canada) and UPS (USA).


Customers are responsible for all customs / brokerage fees (although those charges are very rarely applied).

Should the package not be eligible for shipping with Purolator due to size or weight restrictions, LaminART Industries will contact the customer via email with an alternative shipping method and the cost for this alternative. At this point, the customer can choose to not proceed with the order at no cost to them.

All deliveries are during the day; therefore, it is recommended that the customer use their work address as their shipping address unless someone is home to receive the package. A signature on delivery shipping method is also an option, however, as it is not our default option, it will have to be requested when the order is submitted.
